Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

This Policy explains how Dashport collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use our AI-powered analytics and dashboard service.

1. Scope and our role

This Policy applies to Dashport websites, applications, support, and related services. It does not apply to third-party services that you connect to Dashport or visit through an external link.

DATABURG FL LLC, doing business as Dashport AI is the controller of account, billing, website, and business-contact data. When an organization uses Dashport to process data from its systems, that organization is generally the controller and Dashport acts as its processor or service provider. Direct requests about data in a customer workspace should first be sent to that customer.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and workspace data: name, email, password verifier, organization, role, preferences, invitations, and authentication or security records.
  • Customer Data: connected source metadata and credentials, schemas, files, prompts, queries, results, charts, dashboards, shares, and other workspace content.
  • Usage and device data: features used, interactions, timestamps, audit events, IP address, browser or device details, diagnostics, and security logs.
  • Billing data: plan, transaction, invoice, and billing-contact details. Payment-card data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored in full by Dashport.
  • Communications: support requests, feedback, sales inquiries, and related correspondence.

3. How we receive information

We receive information directly from you; from your workspace owner or administrator; from sources and integrations you choose to connect; automatically when you use the Service; and from service providers such as identity, payment, hosting, analytics, and support vendors.

4. How we use information

  • provide, personalize, operate, and support accounts, analytics, and dashboards;
  • authenticate users, enforce permissions, prevent fraud, and protect the Service;
  • process connected data and prompts to produce requested queries, results, and outputs;
  • bill subscriptions, administer trials, and communicate service or account notices;
  • monitor reliability, troubleshoot, measure usage, and improve product performance;
  • respond to support, legal requests, disputes, and enforce our agreements;
  • comply with law and protect the rights and safety of customers, Dashport, and others.

6. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • workspace owners, administrators, members, and recipients you authorize;
  • vendors supporting cloud hosting, storage, identity, AI inference, email, monitoring, customer support, payments, and security, under contractual restrictions;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and financing partners where necessary;
  • authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the Service;
  • a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Customer Data to train generalized AI models unless the customer expressly opts in through a separate, clear agreement.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account and Customer Data while needed to provide the Service and for the period selected or instructed by the customer. After account closure or a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify information within a reasonable period, subject to backup cycles, legal holds, security records, transaction records, and other lawful retention needs. We retain different categories for different periods based on purpose, sensitivity, and law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant separation, encryption where appropriate, logging, and service monitoring. You are responsible for secure credentials, workspace permissions, connected-source settings, and lawful sharing. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; contact us immediately if you suspect an incident.

9. International transfers

Dashport and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, and supplementary protections appropriate to the information and destination.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. You may also have a right to complain to a privacy regulator. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Send a request to techysupport@dashport.ai. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. If your request concerns data controlled by a Dashport customer, we may direct the request to that customer. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law allows.

11. Cookies and similar technology

We use cookies and local storage that are necessary for sign-in, session security, preferences, and core functionality. We may use limited measurement technology to understand Service performance. Browser controls can block some technology, but doing so may prevent authentication or other essential features from working.

12. Children

Dashport is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Contact us if you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes. If a change requires consent, we will request it before applying that change where required by law.
